Hi, I'm Rowan, the founder of Dunbar Fitness.

For too long, the fitness industry has handed out one-size-fits-all plans, ignoring the most important factor: your unique, individual physiology. We've been told to just "eat less and move more," while the real-world challenges of our internal health—hormones, gut health, and stress—are often overlooked.

My journey into coaching wasn't just about a love for lifting weights; it was born from a deep frustration with the generic advice that fails so many people. This frustration fueled a passion to understand the intricate science of the human body and what really drives results for both men and women.

My coaching philosophy is a partnership. We look deeper. We go beyond the basics to connect the dots between your training, nutrition, and your internal environment. This is the key to unlocking sustainable, life-changing results.
